The Center for Women’s Healthcare at Weill Medical College of Cornell University

Founded in 1898, the world-famous Weill Medical College of Cornell University is a magnet for outstanding clinicians, scientists, researchers and talented young doctors in training. Since 1983, Cornell has been home to the annual Symposium on Women’s Health, inaugurated on the 100th anniversary of the birth of Cornell’s Dr. George Papanicolaou, whose Pap test for cervical cancer has saved countless women’s lives. In 1994, The Center for Women’s Healthcare opened its doors, paving the way to the creation of Women’s Health Advisor
